Goods and material bookkeeping

The goods and materials accounting module allows monitoring of warehouse status, sales and procurement processes, price calculation and inventory planning. All documents function at the organizational unit level, except for documents for transferring items between warehouses. The working principle is adapted to different types of warehouses: retail, wholesale, warehouse at purchase price and other types of warehouses.

General ledger

The general ledger module keeps track of all business changes that affect the financial position of the company, in accordance with the principles of double-entry bookkeeping. It allows for elaboration according to user-defined classifications (cost center, functional and fund classification). Based on the entered data, reports such as balance sheet, income statement, gross balance sheet, partner and account cards are generated. The general ledger is closely linked to all other system modules. Key functionalities:

Fixed assets

The fixed assets module enables the recording of tangible and intangible assets of a company throughout its entire life cycle. It tracks acquisition, depreciation, increase and decrease in value, sales, disposal, revaluation and return of assets to use. All changes are recorded through appropriate types of documents and reports.

Payroll

The payroll module enables the management of personnel records and basic employee data, payroll calculation, preparation of all necessary reports and export forms for the Tax Administration, in compliance with legal regulations. It enables recording of loans and suspensions, as well as automatic calculation and posting according to defined templates.
